Is this plan really personalized or is everyone getting the same thing? +
Every plan is generated individually from your body weight, height, age, gender, activity level, goal, and diet preference. A 55kg vegetarian woman doing 3 days/week home workouts gets a completely different plan than a 80kg non-veg man training 5 days at the gym. Different calories, different macros, different meals, different program.
What if I'm vegetarian or vegan? +
Vegetarian and vegan plans are completely different menus from non-veg — not the same plan with protein swapped out. Veg plans use ingredients like legumes, tofu, dairy, and plant proteins. Vegan plans use tofu, cashew yogurt, oat milk, and plant-based proteins. All built around ingredients you can find locally.
How does the monthly update work? +
Every week you log your weight. After 4 weeks, the app analyzes your rate of gain or loss versus your goal. If you're gaining too slowly, it adds calories. If you're losing too fast, it increases protein. If everything's on track, it keeps the plan the same. The update is shown to you for review before applying.
Do I need a gym or can I do it at home? +
Both. During the assessment you tell us where you train. Gym members get a full PPL program with barbells, dumbbells, and cable machines. Home members get a bodyweight program designed to build real strength with no equipment. Both programs have video form guides for every exercise.
What is the food like? Is it realistic and practical? +
Yes — every meal is built around ingredients you can actually find and afford locally. Plans are designed around your 4 diet choices (non-veg, eggetarian, vegetarian, vegan). Meal prep is designed for one batch-cooking session that feeds you through the week. You can also add your own custom meals anytime.
How do I install it on my phone? +
